WILL I ACTUALLY BE LOCKED INSIDE OF A ROOM?
Some rooms are locked but there is always an "emergency key" that you can use so that you can get out immediately, the point of the game is to get out of the room by solving all the puzzles and finding all the clues before the 60 minutes are up. Not to worry, in case of an emergency or if for any reason you decide to leave the room, you may do so, however, the timer will not stop, and the time will continue to run.

ARE ALL ROOMS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Yes! All of our rooms are suitable for all ages, However younger participants may need help with some of the puzzles.

WHAT IS THE PRICE TO BOOK THE ROOMS?
Cost starts at $35 per person. (For bigger groups please contact us)
Do you accept walk-ins?
All of our bookings need to be booked prior to arrival. If you are looking for a time not listed please give us a call at 951-427-1854
How early should I arrive at our booked time?
15 minutes before your scheduled time.
Can you accommodate large parties/corporate events?
Yes! Please give us a call for large parties.
What If I arrive after my scheduled time?
All games start on time. We will do our best to accommodate, but if you are late your game may be shortened if we have a full schedule. Please call if you are running late for any reason. There are no refunds for missed games.

What should I bring with me?
There are no phones, flashlights, pens, lights or keys allowed in the game rooms. Lockers will be provided for your belongings. Remember to bring your reading glasses!
Do you host other types of events?
Yes! Please call our office for additional information. We are available for birthday parties, Scout outings, corporate trainings, team building exercises, etc.
What if I am feeling sick?
​If you are feeling sick, please stay home. You may call us to reschedule your game. If it is less than 24 hours in advance, there is a $35 rescheduling fee. Sales are final and all tickets are non-refundable.
